ICT are made about the availability and acces of al teacher and students to broadband conectivity, internet devices, software etc...

Labor Market Trens: need for a differente skill set
-The restructuring, reorganization and uptake of economy, work and ICT have corresponded to a need for increased education and skill on the part of the labor force.
-1973-2000 the percentage of US workers with some post-secondary education increased.
-The new economy requiers and additional set of skills.
-Karmarkar & Apte found that as ICT was taken up by firms.
-Computerization of the workplace has increased demand for problem-solving and comunications skills
-The net effect is that companies in the United States are hiring workers with a higher skill set.

-The pervasiveness of ICT across the country  has had a significant social impact on America.
-The skills is a tremendous human capital resource

The current state of US education
-Education has played a crucial role in US country's economic
-1900 that schooling as we kn ow it today came to be defined and standarized into the "school grammar"
-The more educated workforce the more productive the economy, and as the economy grows more prosperous.

 The urgent need for educational change. 
-Waves of economic and social change associated with the introduction of transformative technologies
-The new technologies came to be extremely creative forces as well
